Shopfloor Digital is an operational excellence practice working with manufacturers across India. We assess how the floor is managed today, configure the system around it, train the teams who use it, and stay until it is being used every shift.

The practice is led by a Lean Six Sigma Master Black Belt with a background in manufacturing operations and shop-floor systems across multi-site industrial environments.

Where OPEX Digital fits

OPEX Digital is a lean management platform developed in the United Kingdom by Meta Smart Systems Ltd, with parent consultancy MAS Optimal. The platform, the brand and the intellectual property are theirs.

Shopfloor Digital is their delivery partner in India. We are not a software company and we did not build the platform — we implement it. The licence is issued by OPEX Digital; the assessment, configuration, training, KPI design and adoption work on your site is ours.

That split matters, because a platform without deployment is a login nobody uses. Software is the easy half.
